Online Returns Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help with our hassle-free returns policy.

 

1. Returns Eligibility:

   - Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  - Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Please make sure the original tags are still intact.
   - Goods should be placed in the plastic bag to protect it from damages during transit. No tape is to be attached directly to the product’s packaging.
   - We will not accept a return without the original receipt.

 

2. Returns Process:

   - To initiate a return, please contact us at info@monitaly.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number in the Subject Line and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
   - We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
   - Please securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories, and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
   - Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
   - If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

*We do not accept returns on Sale items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless a mistake has been made by us.
