Exchanges

 

   - If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange at info@monitaly.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.
   - The product(s) you are exchanging must be returned to our warehouse within 10 days (20 days for international orders) of having received an exchange authorization.
   - If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will process a refund for the returned item(s) according to our returns policy.

 

In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

 

We kindly remind you that returns or exchanges must adhere to the conditions outlined above. Any returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria may be declined. In such cases, the package will be returned to you at your expense, and regrettably, a refund cannot be granted.
