Raglan sleeves
Create a wider underarm area, allowing additional space to lift your arms up and down easier.

Button front closure
Button cuffs

Collar Stand
Composed of three different layers of fabrics to make it durable. The zig-zag stitching is added inside the collar for extra durability and aesthetic.

Patch pocket
Three patch pockets with bartuck reinforcement at the opening

Patch pocket with buttoned flap
One smaller-sized pocket comes with a buttoned flap for security.

Internal chest pocket
One handy chest pocket in the interior

Bar-tack reinforcement at pocket openings
These small stitches are used in high-stress points to reinforce the areas that are prone to tearing or coming apart over time. The bar tacks protect vulnerable areas of a garment from tear and wear and increases its longevity.

Military-standard melamine buttons
A signature detail used across our collections every season. Guaranteed quality to last for decades.

Double needle felled seam construction
A seam made by placing one edge inside a folded edge of fabric with the fold being stitched down with a double needle stitching machine. The fold encases the raw edges to protect them from fraying.

Flared facing shape inside
Inside of the jacket facing has a distinct curve shape. It would be normal to finish this area straight from top to bottom, but we do the curve shape on purpose as a homage to well crafted vintage clothing that we love. Peace of mind in design like this is what we value on every single garment we produce. You will find the curve shape on the inside facing on a lot of Monitaly garments.

Cuff facing
Constructed with one layer of interlining to make cuffs steady and durable.
